Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the impugned order passed by the 4th respondentin his proceedings Ref.No.10851/ E1/2/2015 dated 10.05.2016, (in WMP.No.16033/2016) pending disposal of the WP.No.18327/2016 and ;

(ii) To Vacate the Interim Stay made in WP No.18327 of 2016 and WMP No.16033 / 2016 dated 25.05.2016 (in WMP.No.24078/2017) pending disposal of the WP.No.18327/2016 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SARAVANAKUMAR, ADVOCATE for petitioner in petitioner in WMP.NO.16033/2016 &respondent in WMP.NO.24028/2017 and of Mr. KARTHIKAI BALAN, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the Respondent in petitioner in WMP.NO.24048/2017 & respondent in WMP.NO.24028/2017 the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Miscellaneous Petition in WMP.No. 24028 of 2017 is filed to vacate the interim stay made in WMP.No. 16033 of 2016 in W.P.No. 18327 of 2016.

Heard both sides.

On perusal of records, it is seen that this Court has granted interim stay on 25.05.2016. Subsequently, the said interim order of stay has been extended till 19.08.2016. Thereafter, the said interim stay was not extended by this Court.

In view of the above, the present Miscellaneous Petition to vacate the interim stay is closed. Accordingly the interim stay petition in WMP.No.16033 of 2016 is also closed. The Registry is directed to post the writ petition for final disposal on 24.02.2020.
