This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21592 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the evidence of the victim child and the defacto complainant is recorded, apart from Court hearing dates and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
