ORDER

The petitioner seeks to transfer the investigation on the ground that the investigation is not proceeded in a proper manner. 1/4

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 08.04.2025 about missing of his wife, however, the investigation has not been conducted.

3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that investigation is being conducted and as of now, the investigation reveals that the petitioner's wife eloped with one Sudhakar and he is also missing from his house and the said Sudhakar's wife was also examined and her call details are also monitored to trace the said Sudhakar.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case for transfer of investigation, hence the petition is dismissed.
