This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.11373 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14637 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
