This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue Registration Certificate of Toyota bearing No.TN 38 BA 9090 in the name of the petitioner based on the representation dated 17.10.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Considering the limited nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 17.10.2019 of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
