This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.7[b] "The petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, at 10.30a.m., until further orders"

imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21511 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruthuraipoondi till the date of committal and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
