ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent made in G.O.(2D) No.115, Public ( Special-A) Department dated 03.11.2023 and quash the same as illegal arbitrary and non-est in law and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant service benefits and pass orders.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent revoked the said suspension order G.O(d)No.42 on 12.02.2024 and also produced the copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above fact that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been considered by the respondent, this Petition has became infructuous and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
