The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.170 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

2.It is stated that A1 and A2 were arrested on 20.07.2020 with possession of 22 kgs of ganja. On their confession statement, it came to be known that the petitioner herein had procured ganja from Andhra Pradesh.

3.It is the specific case of the respondent that call details are available and evidences are also available for transfer of money. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner had been in custody for a considerable period of time. 5.It is also stated that A1 and A2 had been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

ata 6.Taking into consideration all these facts and the fact that even though final report had been filed and evidence had also been produced, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
