PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the order bearing no Nil Ref No.2019 dated 12.11.2019 issued by respondent no.4 and quashing the same and consequently directing the respondent 4 to permit to attend the class.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking quashment of the impugned order dated 12.11.2019 which came to be passed by the 4th respondent and for a direction to the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner's daughter to attend the class.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 20.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 23.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. When the matter was taken for hearing on 23.03.2023, once again there was no

representation for the petitioner. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 23.03.2023 NHS
