This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph no.5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 am., until further orders and if the petitioner does not co-operate with the investigation, either the de facto complainant or the respondent are at liberty to file cancellation of anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter monthly once at 10.00 am., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
