This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1903 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.9,736/- in SA.SR.No.76844 of 2017.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
