2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the papers had been returned on 26.10.2017. However, the return was not taken by the counsel and in representing the same complying with the requirements before the registry, there has been a delay.
3. In view of the reasons stated, the delay is condoned.
4. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
