ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to produce the husband of the petitioner namely Sebasthianraj, S/o.Souwriraj aged about 51 years.

2.Admittedly, the husband of the petitioner was found missing at Hyderbad and the jurisdictional Police at Hyderbad registered a case and investigating the matter. That being so, the present Habeas Corpus is not entertainable. The petitioner can approach either the jurisdictional Police to assist them by providing information or in the event of Hyderbad Police seeking any assistance from the Tamil Nadu Police, the same is to be extended in the manner known to law.
