15343 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings No.23/App/A1/2015 dated 01.10.2015 quash the same and direct the first to third respondents re-do the selection in accordance with the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission and the order issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.412, Higher Education (F2) Department, dated 07.12.2009.
