This application has been filed by the applicant to permit the applicants/defendants 1 and 2 to produce the schedule mentioned original documents as Exs.D6 and D14 and receive the same as additional evidence in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
