W.M.P.No.31415 of 2023 in W.P.No.12119 of 2017 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased S.Veerachandran, who is the petitioner in W.P.No.12119 of 2017, as the petitioners 2 to 5 in the abovesaid writ petition.
2. The writ petition is of the year 2017 and the same is pending for more than five years in the name of dead person. Now the petitioners have filed the present miscellaneous petition before the Registry to implead them as petitioners in the writ petition. Copy of the death certificate shows that the deceased writ petitioner died on 09.07.2019 itself. 3. Hence the miscellaneous petition is ordered on payment of costs of Rs.50,000/-. The petitioners are directed to pay the costs of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the credit of Chief Minister Public (Flood) Relief Fund on or before 22.01.2024, failing which, the miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed automatically and consequently the writ petition also shall stand dismissed. 4.List the writ petition on 23.01.2024.
