2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for with a direction to effect substituted service against the sole respondent through paper publication in Makkal Kural, Salem Edition.
