Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records of the first respondent in No.RM4/12/2017-18/0873 dated 17.07.2017, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rs.Five Lakhs) on the basis of the application for withdrawal submitted by the petitioner on 26.06.2017.

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The prayer in the present writ petition, challenging the order of rejection of the petitioner's request for payment of Provident Fund, has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the respondent Bank had paid the petitioner a sum of Rs.17,03,565/- on 04.04.2019, which is reflected in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, dated 17.11.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
