For Petitioner : Mr.A.R.Suresh For Respondents : Mr.P.Dhananjayan C O M M O N O R D E R (The matter is heard through 'video conferencing/hybrid mode') The present Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the order dated 05.10.2016 made in C.T.P.No.1/2016, by the Chairman-cumSpecial Deputy Collector, (Revenue Court), Cuddalore and order dated 20.09.2017 made in E.P.No.03/2017 in C.T.P.No.1/2016, directing the petitioner to pay the lease amount. Pending Civil Revision Petitions, the petitioner paid the amount as per the order of the Chairman-cum-Special Deputy Collector, (Revenue Court), Cuddalore dated 20.09.2017, made in E.P.No.03/2017. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner 2/4

further submitted that the petitioner also paid directly a sum of Rs.1,25,000/-, calculating the amount up to December, 2021, to the respondents-landlord and filed a memo to that effect, which was signed by the petitioner, respondents and their respective counsel. 2.Recording the same, both the Civil Revision Petitions are closed.
