Today, this matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the order dated 29.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.18323 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1311 of 2023, case number, date of order and sentence imposed on the petitioner have been wrongly mentioned and the same may be rectified.

3. In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to delete the paragraphs 1 and 2 and replace the following paragraphs in the order dated 29.02.2024 and issue fresh order copy today itself. "This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking suspension of sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri by judgment dated 24.07.2023 made in S.C.No.180 of 2019 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above appeal.
