This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 14.06.2024 seeking survey of the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.No.462/1A having an extent of 51 cents and S.No.425/1 having an extent of 75 cents situated at Tirumalpur Village, Nemili taluk, Ranipet district.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the direction seeking by the petitioner in this writ petition has already been complied with. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
