Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or directions or orders in the name of the Writ, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2022 and pass necessary orders after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to put forth her case within the time that may be fixed by this court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2022 and pass necessary orders, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner, within the time that may be fixed by this court.

2. Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that date has been 2/4

fixed for enquiry on 29.12.2022 by the 1st Respondent and after enquiry the first respondent will consider the representation of the first petitioner and pass Orders as per law.

3. In such view of the matter, the Petitioner is directed appear before the first respondent on 29.12.2022 for enquiry and after completion of enquiry the 1st Respondent shall decide the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2022 on merits and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of completion of the enquiry.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
