ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging order passed by second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 8647 / Aa5 / 2022 dated 30.09.2022, and for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to approve appointment of petitioner as B.T. Assistant (History) with effect from date of initial appointment and give all consequential benefits by considering re-submitted proposal by 4th respondent on 15.03.2018 and confer all consequential benefits.

2. After submitting for a brief while, it was pointed out by learned counsel for petitioner that recently, Government has issued G.O. (Ms) No.300 dated 24.12.2025, which may support petitioner's request for approval of his appointment as BT Assistant (History). He would thus request that petitioner may be granted liberty to file a fresh representation by placing reliance on this G.O. (Ms) No.300 dated 24.12.2025, which was not objected to by learned

Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Heard the counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view thereof, this court is inclined to dispose of writ petition with following directions:

i) It is open to petitioner to submit a fresh representation to respondents 1 to 3, by placing reliance upon G.O.(Ms).No.300 dated 24.12.2025 through fourth respondent.

ii) If such representation is made, respondents 1 to 3 shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass orders, keeping in view of G.O.(Ms) No.300 dated 24.12.2015, if relied upon by petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits and respondents shall pass orders on representation if any that may be filed by petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law.
