WMP.No. 33033 of 2019 and WMP.No.33034 of 2019 are filed to amend the cause title and to implead one S.Sulochana, W/o. Late P.S.Subramanian as proposed 3rd respondent respectively in the writ petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of his contentions, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list the writ petition on 10.01.2022 under the caption 'For Orders'.
