Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to revisit and fix the correct value for One Well with 100 feet depth and 15 metres radius (constructed with black stone), several trees, motor shed and others, which were not taken into account by the second respondent, in S.No.259/1 (S.No.259/1B) at Velagalahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District on the basis of the representation dated 09.10.2023, within a stipulated period of time.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to revisit and fix the correct value for One Well with 100 feet depth and 15 metres radius (constructed with black stone),

several trees, motor shed and others, which were not taken into account by the second respondent, in S.No.259/1 (S.No.259/1B) at Velagalahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District on the basis of the representation dated 09.10.2023.

2. This petition is coming up in the caption "for admission" Learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
