This writ petition is filed directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.07.2023 and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Deputy Manager (General)(Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation) in accordance with other monetary benefits before his retirement period.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been promoted vide proceedings br/K/M/vz;/v/,/7/029021/2023 dated 09.11.2024, but, consequential benefits is not yet settled to the petitioner.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as per circular No.F1/66763/2001 dated 13.01.2001, benefits will be 2/5

settled to the petitioner within a stipulated period.

4. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both sides, the 1st respondent is directed to settle the consequential benefits to the petitioner in view of the circular No.F1/66763/2001 dated 13.01.2001, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
