ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 3 rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2025 seeking for name transfer in the patta No.1485, pursuant to the letter in Na.Ka.No.1874 /2025 / A7 dated 05/03/2025 on the file of the 2nd Respondent, relating to the Plots No.1 to 70 comprised in S.No.1137 / 2, 3, 4 (13) part situated in Pattari Perumbudhur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a representations dated 06.01.2025 and 03.03.2025 before the respondents 2 & 3, seeking for name transfer in the patta No.1485, relating to the Plots No.1 to 70 comprised in S.No.1137 / 2, 3, 4 (13) part situated in Pattari Perumbudhur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, till date the same has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would rd respondent is processing the request of the petitioner and the submit that the 3 same will be disposed of at the earliest point of time. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of
the case, this Court directs the 3 rd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 06.01.2025 & 03.03.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
