ORDER
When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition was filed in his personal capacity, i.e., as a Trustee of the subject Temple and no consent has been obtained from the Board of Trustees. Hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and also he requests this Court to grant liberty to file a fresh petition.
