issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment made by respondents 5 to 8 in the Nilaviyal Pathai situated in Sy.No.165/2 and 166/3, Paniyandapalli Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupattur District. For the Petitioner :

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Rajarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

2. Encroachment is alleged on the Nilaviyal Pathai in S.No.165/2 and 166/3 of Paniyandapalli Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupattur District.

3. The learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that within ten days, the survey would be conducted and further action would be taken depending upon the survey report. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
