ORDER

The ground on which the registration was refused is no longer in existence, since the Writ Petitioner in W.P.No.20653 of 2023 has not filed the representation as directed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide its Order dated 14.07.2023 and the Contempt Petition has also been dismissed on the said ground.

2. In the light of the above, the Impugned Refusal Check Slip in No.RFL1/Salem East Join 1 SRO/175/2024 dated 16.10.2024 has to be set aside. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands allowed by directing the Respondent to complete the Registration in accordance with law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
