Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.21/2000/A1 dated 04.02.2002 pertaining to the reduction and recovery of pay of petitioner on the file of the third respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner as Pump operator from the date of appointment with service benefits and to grant further reliefs.
