The present Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking interim suspension of sentence in SC No.387 of 2018 on the file of I Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai dated 06.10.2023 and enlarge the bail pending disposal of above Crl.A.No.638/2025 for a period of 30 days.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly objected to the grant of interim suspension of sentence and also requested for hearing of the main petition seeking suspension of sentence.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition seeking interim suspension of sentence stands dismissed.

4. The Registry is directed to post Crl.M.P.No.11234 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.638 of 2025 seeking suspension of sentence, on 13.10.2025. (J.NISHA BANU J.)(S.SOUNTHAR J.) 22-09-2025 ASI
