The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the case in D.O.P.No.934 of 2023, which is sought to be transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court at Chennai from the file of the Family Court at Coimbatore, has already been disposed of on 07.03.2024. It is an exparte

decree.

2. In case the petitioner is successful in getting the exparte decree set aside, it is always open to the petitioner to renew the request for transfer.

3. With the above observation, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
