This miscellaneous petition has been filed to take substitute service to serve notice to the respondents 4 and 5 who were so far not been served despite several efforts taken in this regard.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to take substitute service to serve respondents 4 and 5 by giving paper publication in one leading English Daily and one leading Tamil Daily having circulation in Madurai district returnable by two weeks. This petition is ordered.

Post the writ petition after two weeks.
