This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in order made in Crl.OP.No.27572 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of crime No.211 of 2022 each, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above depositing condition is modified to the effect that "each of the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of crime No.211 of 2022, before the concerned Magistrate, on or before 30.12.2022.
