PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4 th respondent to implement their order dated 06.12.2024 made in Na. Ka.9010/2023/A6 for the land comprised in R.S. No.87/12, 13 situated in Kandasampalayam, Pasuvapatti Post-638051, Chennimalai via, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District, where the Petitioner is living for the last 3 decades, receive the sale consideration for the lands as per the guideline value and assign Natham Patta for the above lands in the Petitioners possession and enjoyment. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 4 th respondent to implement their order dated 06.12.2024 made in Na. Ka.9010/2023/A6 for issuance of Natham Patta in the petitioner's name for the land comprised in R.S. No.87/12, 13 situated in Kandasampalayam, Pasuvapatti Post-638051, Chennimalai via, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District, where the Petitioner is living for the last 3 decades, by receiving the sale consideration for the aforesaid land as per the guideline value.

2.Ms.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the order th respondent on 06.12.2024 for issuance of Natham has been passed by the 4 patta in the petitioner's name for the land comprised in R.S. No.87/12, 13 situated in Kandasampalayam, Pasuvapatti Post-638 051, Chennimalai via, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District, by receiving the sale consideration for the said land as per the guideline value, till date the order has not been implemented by th respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. the 4 4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order dated 06.12.2024 made in Na.Ka.9010/2023/A6 th respondent will be implemented within a period of eight passed by the 4 weeks.

5.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of th respondent to implement their order dated the case, this Court directs the 4 06.12.2024 made in Na. Ka.9010/2023/A6, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
