CMP.No.26222 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant Govindammal in the above A.S.No.72 of 2012. 2.CMP.No.26225 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant Govindammal in the above A.S.No.72 of 2012.

3.CMP.No.26227 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the Petitioner herein as the legal representative of the deceased sole appellant Govindammal in the above A.S.No.72 of 2012.
