It has been brought to notice by Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that after filing of the Writ Petition, the said representation has been disposed by Order No. KaPaNi1/43189/2017 dated 22.02.2022 and its copy has been produced. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
