This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26982 of 2022 on 04.11.2022, shall stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and now the case is pending before the Special CBCID, Coimbatore.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the Special CBCID, Coimbatore on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four months.
