ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in WP.No.16985 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 has been complied with by the respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3252/NA2/2019, dated 14.08.2024. She has also produced a copy of the same.

2. Recording the said submission, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature and hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed. In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the proceedings of the respondent, liberty is hereby granted to him, to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law.
