The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.09.2023 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.29 of 2023, seek bail. 2.It is stated that the information was received about transportation of ganja and the petitioners were travelling by train No.22605 in Coach No.@10 and when search was conducted at Katpadi Railway Station, the petitioners were found in illegal possession of 4.200 kgs of ganja. 3.It is clear that they had been transporting ganja for retail sale. 4.In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner.
