These writ petitions have been filed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, challenging the order passed by the Inspector of Labour [first respondent] in favour of the second respondents.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private respondents in these writ petitions have been absorbed into the service of the Board and therefore, the petitions have become infructuous.
