The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 11.11.2022 passed in W.P. No. 27332 of 2022 by the Court. 2.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent has produced a copy of the Proceedings in Moo.Mu.No. 8694/Aa3/2022 dated 01.12.2022 issued by the Respondent in furtherance to the aforesaid order dated 11.11.2022 in W.P. No. 27332 of 2022 passed by this Court, which has been placed on record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any further grievance, she is not precluded from working out her remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
