Respondent Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to initiate contempt proceeding as against the respondent herein to punish for having committed contempt of this Court by disobeying its order dated 28.09.2021 passed by this Court in Cont.P.No.366 of 2021 in W.P.No.9929 of 2017.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 28.09.2021 passed by this Court in Cont.P.No.366 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to restore the revenue records and issue patta in favour of the petitioners for the subject land, within a period of two weeks.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar passed order dated 31.07.2023, thereby restored the patta in favour of the petitioners. He also produced a copy of the order dated 31.07.2023 passed by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar.
