This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.634 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter party and after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the Sub Collector, Thiruvallur, conducted enquiry and passed order on 15.03.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 15.03.2023 passed by the Sub Collector, Thriuvallur.
