This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.8977 of 2022 in W.P.No.9221 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents/Contemnors submitted that though the present Contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner on the ground Page No.2 of 5

that, despite paying the entire amount, the petitioner's name was included in the defaulter's list, subsequently, the petitioner's name was removed from the defaulter's list.
