This petition is filed to direct the Additional Mahila court, (Judicial Magistrate Level), at Alandur to expedite the hearing and dispose of the M.C.No.36/2023 within a period of stipulated time. 1/4

2. The contention of the petitioners is that the petitioners, who are wife and daughter of the respondent respectively have filed M.C.No.36 of 2023 for maintenance and litigation expenses. However, despite the lapse of time, there has been no progress in the trial. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the case.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the documents placed on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the case pertains to the year 2023, the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level) at Alandur, is directed to complete the trial in M.C.No.36 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.
