Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefits of the communication issued by the 2nd respondent in his letter No.P&E 2 (4)/12740/2016 dated 01.09.2017, for re-opening the bars and permit rooms owned by the members of the petitioner, situated within the Village Panchayat areas throughout the State of Tamil Nadu and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to supply liquors to the Members of the Petitioner Association who are having bars and permits rooms within Village Panchayat areas, throughout the State of Tamil Nadu.
