ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.453 of 2022 from the file of the respondent police to CBCID or any other competent agency.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this case, one of the accused was arrested and the other accused, who is the Principal of the deceased school was not arrested. Hence, the present petition has been filed to transfer the case.

3.The learned Government advocate (crl.side) for the respondents filed the status report before this Court. He submitted that the investigation is proceeding in the right path. Inquest has been completed. Post Mortem report is pending. Five students witnesses and Observation Magazar witnesses have been examined. CCTV technician witness had also been examined. 2/4

4. From the status report, this Court finds that the investigation is proceeding in the right direction. Therefore, it is not necessary to transfer the investigation.
