This Petition filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the Revision petition SR.No. 12766 of 2017 against the order in W.P.No. 40696 of 2016 dated 21.11.2016 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Review Petition of the order passed by their Lordships passed in WP.No.40696 of 2016, dated 21.11.2016.

WP.No.40696 of 2016:- Writ Petition praying to writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 4th Respondents to remove the encroachment of Mariamman Temple Construction in New Survey No.84/2, Perumal Koil Street Chinnasekkadu, Manali, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District by 6th Respondent Sangam in the above mentioned land. [Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the Revision petition SR.No. 12766 of 2017 against the order in W.P.No. 40696 of 2016 dated 21.11.2016.

2. Heard Mr. C.R.Dhasarathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ravikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 6.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the light of the subsequent order passed in another writ petition No.28178 of 2017, the petitioner's grievance has been redressed.

4. Recording the said submission, the miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Consequently, the review application is closed at the S.R. stage. No costs.
